The World Confederation of Businesses is now an associate member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, in order to promote fundamental objectives for the associates of the Confederation. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is the largest organization of businesses in the world and represents the interests of over 3 million companies, mostly small- and medium-sized enterprises.
